In second place, the Honda Shine recorded 1,59,658 units, showing a 2.29% dip year-on-year. Honda is expected to push festive season offers to revive sales momentum.

Bajaj Pulsar Drops to Third

The Bajaj Pulsar series took third place with 79,817 units, a sharp 16.67% decline compared to the 95,789 units it sold last year. While the Pulsar brand still enjoys a strong following, competition in the 125 cc–200 cc segment has become tougher, affecting its sales numbers.

The biggest growth story of July was the Hero HF Deluxe, which surged 53.30% year-on-year, selling 71,477 units. With nearly 25,000 more units sold compared to last year, the HF Deluxe proved once again that affordable commuter bikes remain in high demand.

TVS Apache & Raider Show Strong Presence

The TVS Apache series grew 22.44%, selling 37,566 units. Its sporty design and performance continue to attract younger riders in the 160–300 cc category. Meanwhile, the TVS Raider saw a marginal dip of 0.15%, selling 24,511 units, but still holds a strong position in the 125 cc commuter space.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 & Hunter 350 Climb Up

Royal Enfield posted strong growth with both the Classic 350 and Hunter 350 making it to the top 10. The Classic 350 rose 24.06% to 26,516 units, while the Hunter 350 jumped an impressive 30.39% to 18,373 units. The updated versions have boosted sales significantly, strengthening Royal Enfield’s foothold in the mid-size motorcycle market.

Other Strong Performers – Unicorn & Platina

The Honda Unicorn and Bajaj Platina posted modest but steady growth of 14.54% and 1.72%, respectively. Both continue to attract buyers looking for proven, durable commuter options.
